  3. Mansi language. Mansi is the language used by the Mansi people who live along the Ob River and its tributaries in Russia. This also includes the Ugric language which is considered to have close links with the other two sub-languages. In this language there is a basic dialect known as the Sosva dialect. According to data in 1989, there were about 3184 people who spoke Mansi language in Russian.
