** The verb of учиться (Imperfective Aspect) could be used without an object.

** The verb of учить (Imperfective Aspect) is used by adding an object/many objects.
- Мне следует научиться ползоваться словарём.
‘I should learn how to use dictionary.’ (Perfective Aspect)
- Он должен изучить этот вопрос.
