That was all country names in  Russian language. Continuously practice to pronounce those country names, now let’s take a look at the examples below related to how to use those nationalities and language form in sentence :

  • У вас есть роман на Индонезийском языке ?
(u vas est’ raman na Indaneziyskom yizike?)
Do you have novel in Indonesian ? (written in Indonesian language)
  • Моя подруга – Финка. Oна работает в автомобильной промышленности
(maya padruga – Finka. Ana rabotayet ve avtamobil’noiy promyshlyennosti)
My friend – Finnish. She is working in Automotive Industry

Furthermore, in Russian if you are going to say “I speak” with certain language it has different form and you may use case 3 in Russian which called “dative” by using preposition “пo”  (po) plus language so the form would be like this :

  • Oни говорят по-русски
    (anyi gavaryat pa-russki)
    They speak Russian
  • Это иностранец свободно говорит по-корейски
    (eto inastranyets svabodna gavarit pa-kareiyskiy)
    That foreigner speaks Korean fluently

From examples above we can conclude that if you want to say “I speak” plus certain language the form to make that statement in sentence are preposition from dative case “по” which has a lot of meaning according to context of nouns aside with it. For this situation the meaning of “по” is “with or in”. Meanwhile, as you can see that most country language utterance in Russian has same form as adjectives one (ended with vowel letter й), as adjective it will follow gender of the nouns and appear aside with it. From those example you just have to remove the last vowel letter of language word (Русский) to (Русски+по = по-русски).

Next, what if someone ask you “where are You come from?” you might want to answer the name of your home country especially if you are happened to be a tourist at foreign country. For that situation you can use preposition from case 2 in Russian (genitive) “из” (iz) which means “from”. If you want to say “from Australia” so the Russian form will be “из Австралии – iz Avstralii”. It is simple that you just have to change last vowel letter of country names to (и) for example :

  • Австралия – из Австралии – iz avstralii – from Australia
  • Польша – из Польши – iz pol’shi – from Poland
  • Except (Китай – China) because it already has vowel ending (й) in that case it will change to – из Китая – iz kitaya – from China

Take a look at the short conversation below :

  • Откуда Вы господин Андре ?
    (atkuda vy gaspajin Andre?)
Where are you come from Mr. Andre?
  • Я из Англии
    (ya iz anglii)
    I am from England
