Numbers in Russian language has two form, cardinal and ordinal. Cardinal numerals are simple word like counting in English such as one, two, and three. Unlike numbers 1 to 10, numbers 11 to 20 are formed with adding -надцать to it’s ending (you have to remove soft ending -ь to every number except четыре, remove ending -e) . Here are the table :

Russian Numbers : Counting by Tens
Mostly tens number in Russian will be formed by adding same endings to it, though not all tens number has same ending but ending added at certain numbers are not hard to pronounce. That should make you easier to memorize it because it’s not too different from English numbers.

That’s all tens number in Russian, if you want to make compound numbers such as 71 (seventy one) just combine it like the way in numbers 21 to 30 . So is at number 40, if you want to make 45 (forty five) combine it like this : 45 – Сорок один (sorak adin).
Russian Numbers 100 to 1000 : Counting by hundreds

Hundred numbers should be easily for you to memorize since most of them added with endings -сот. If you want to make it compound numbers like 141 (one hundred forty one), just combine it like this : 141 – Сто сорок один (sto sorak adin).
