How to add Russian letters to my keyboard?

Tis recipe is for MS Windows owners only.

  1. Press “Start” button
  2. Go to “Settings“  -> “Control Panel”
  3. Click “Regional and language options” icon
  4. Select “Languages” tab and push “Details” button
  5. Click “Add” button and select “Russian” from the drop-down list
